'RIVENDELL' MEGRIT , NEAR JUGON LES LACS,

It is only 45 minutes from the port and historical walled city of St. Malo and 30 minutes from the beaches of the Emerald coast.

It takes only 15 minutes to reach medieval Dinan (described by some as the prettiest town in France !) and Brittany's capital Rennes is under an hour away.
It really is an ideal base from which to explore this truly wonderful region of Brittany.

This cosy stone cottage has been lovingly restored and decorated to retain it's original character and charm.
There is plenty of space for parking as well as relaxing at the table and chairs to the front of the house and there is also a private garden solely for guests' use - Here you could have barbecues or sunbathe, as it is a natural sun trap, whilst watching the butterflies dance between the colourful array of rose bushes and flowers.

The accommodation is as follows:

On the ground floor there is a comfortable kitchen/dining/living area with electric heating and a traditional log burning 'cassette' - ideal for holidays throughout the year. There is a dining table and chairs, a sofa and an armchair and also a video player with a large selection of English videos for both adults and children.
There is also a CD/cassette/radio player and a selection of cd's as well as books and games to add to the enjoyment of your holiday
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay -there is a full sized gas cooker , fridge with ice box, electric kettle and toaster and also a microwave to help ease that holiday cooking.
However should you choose to eat out there a many good restaurants in the surrounding towns of Jugon les Lacs, Broons and Plelan le Petit.

The first floor comprises of one double bedroom with additional fold away single bed and a bathroom with shower, wash hand-basin, wc and washing machine.
A spiral staircase leads to the second double bedroom above.

A welcome pack will be provided for guests in advance of their arrival.

For those seeking an active holiday there are golf, tennis and horse riding facilities nearby as well as two outdoor swimming pools and large lakes offering water sports and fishing. The area is also ideal for walking and cycling.
