Guardiennage contract |
| This
service includes holding keys and visiting the property at least once a month
(when it is unoccupied) to check that everything is OK, read meters etc.. |
| If required it can
include opening up the property before your arrival and switching on electricity/heating/water
etc.. |
| It
would also include providing keys and written, as well as verbal instructions,
about the property to the various tenants, should you require this, having decided
to rent it out - as well as checking the property and re-collecting keys upon
their departure. |

We can also help you in many other ways, such as finding your way around the area
as well as, if necessary, around the French language. |

| 2)
Key holding only contract |
|
This service does not include the monthly property checks
or opening up the property before your arrival. However it does include
dealing with tenants as detailed above and lending a helping hand with the area
and French language if needed.

either of the above contracts (i.e not as 'stand alone' services) the following
services are available at an extra charge:- |
