These comfortable cottages have been recently renovated, and form part of the owners' Breton 'longeur'. They are full of traditional features such as oak beams and some 'exposed' stone walls. Whilst the cottages are separate the two can be rented as an ideal property for larger groups who want to be nearby but still retain some space to yourself.

It is only 45 minutes from the port of St Malo, and the numerous lovely beaches of the Emerald coast are only 30 minutes drive to the north. You are just 15 minutes from the medieval towns of Dinan and Lamballe and 25 minutes from Montcontour.

The cottages are also only a short drive from 'Jugon- les- Lacs'- which has a large lake where you can fish, ramble, hire a boat or swim in the newly re-furbished outdoor pool. 'Jugon' is also the nearest town for shops, banks and good restaurants.
Brittany's capital Rennes is also under an hour away.

There is use of a good- sized garden to the rear and also a patio area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue and there is ample parking in the front of the cottage

The accommodation 'La Boucouët' (sleeps 6) is as follows:
The ground floor comprises a fully fitted kitchen with dining area and a separate lounge to relax in. The furniture is very comfortable and there is also a television with dvd, a music centre as well as books and games for guests to use.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas cooker, kettle and microwave - if you want a quick snack rather than a full meal.
The first floor comprises of one generous double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, W.C. and wash-basin whilst the 'granier' has been converted to provide 2 twin bedrooms.

The accommodation 'La Charrue'(sleeps 4) is as follows:
The ground floor is open plan - containing a fully fitted kitchen with dining area
and separate lounge area. The furniture is very comfortable and there is a log burning stove should you wish to enjoy an autumn/winter break. There is also a video player with a selection of English videos, a radio/CD/cassette player as well as books and games for guests to use.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, kettle and microwave - if you want a quick snack rather than a full meal.
The first floor comprises of one generous double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, W.C. and wash-basin whilst the 'granier' has been converted to provide a generously sized twin bedroom.

For those seeking an 'active' holiday there are golf, horse riding and water sport facilities nearby and the area is ideal for walking and cycling.
There are also many sites of historical interest to visit throughout the region.
