.On the ground floor is a large living room, typically French in style, which has an archway leading into a spacious dining area. There is a traditional, log burning fireplace, a double sofa bed and comfy chairs, video player and selection of English videos and a CD player. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer and kettle and there is a utility room housing the washing machine. This leads into the bathroom which has a bath and overhead shower and a separate WC .

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms. At the top of the stairs is a single room, containing one single bed. There is another door leading into the main bedroom with a double bed and then a connecting door takes you into another bedroom with bunk beds. All bedding is provided,( i.e. duvets/blankets and pillows) but linen ( i.e sheets, duvets covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels) is not. Guests may choose to bring their own or use the linen hire service at a small extra charge.

The House is heated with fuel central heating and so is ideal for winter as well as summer lets. There is a large collection of children's games ,toys, books and videos and the house is equipped for babies and small children with a high chair and cot.
No Smoking or Pets

There is a garden around the back of the house. There is plenty of parking available at the front of the house and throughout the village,
This is a wonderful house from which to experience French village life, being and only a few steps away from freshly baked bread and croissants, country bars and the traditional village shop. There is also a magnificent Church as well as boules and tennis courts to enjoy and a natural beauty spot with woodland walks and breathtaking views only 15 minutes walk away. It is also an ideal base from which to visit the beaches and many historical sites in the area.
The lakes of 'Jugon' and St. Launeuc offering fishing, boating and inexpensive water sports are within easy reach and there is also an open-air swimming pool in nearby Broons. Golf and horse riding are also on offer in the surrounding area.
