It is literally within a 'stone's throw' of an excellent creperie/bar and within strolling distance of many excellent restaurants, cafes and shops which is particularly wonderful when you feel like leaving the car at home.

Dinan, steeped in history and described by some as 'the prettiest town in France', is only 30 minutes from the port of St.Malo and 20 minutes from many of the beautiful beaches of north Brittany, as well as the airport at Dinard. You are also in the ideal spot from which to explore the wonderful surrounding countryside, either by car or on foot, and golf, horse riding, fishing and water sports can all be found nearby - there really couldn't be a better location for your holiday.

 

The Accommodation is as follows:

The ground floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room/wc.

The first floor has a large living/dining room with traditional Breton furniture and there is a TV/Video/DVD and Radio/cassette/CD player, as well as games and books, for the use of guests.

Adjoining the living/dining room is a separate, newly fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped to include an iron/ironing board and clothes airer.
There is a second double bedroom, with beautiful views of the old town, and a bathroom with automatic washing machine, bath/overhead shower, wash-basin and w.c.

A door leads out onto the sun terrace, with garden furniture, where you can relax and look over the rooftops whilst sipping your aperitif or eating your meal.
With town gas central heating the house is ideal for both summer and winter lets and there is parking at the front or in the surrounding area.

No smoking inside the house please - the terrace is OK
