The port and beautiful walled town of St. Malo is less than 40 minutes away, allowing easy access to and from the ferry port and many excellent beaches are within a 30minute drive. There are plenty of holiday activities in the surrounding area -including golf, horse riding, water-sports and cycling.

The house itself is built in traditional Breton stone and retains lots of original features such as the wonderful oak beams, arched doorways, an impressive open fireplace and enormous flagstones in the extremely spacious lounge.
The house opens into its own large courtyard , with plenty of parking space and there are also good sized lawns to the front and side, garden furniture, sun-loungers and a barbecue are provided for guests to use. The house backs onto wheat fields - which provides lovely views from 3 of the 4 the bedroom windows.

On the ground floor there is a reception area, cloakroom, w.c. and a utility room with a washing machine AND tumble dryer - should the weather prevent you from using the washing line provided outside.

The very large lounge has 3 sofas - enough to accommodate 8 adults seated at the same time - and there is a TV/Video player with a selection of English videos as well as a CD/Radio/Cassette and books and games for guests to use.
The separate kitchen is fitted and equipped with a gas hob and oven oven and there is also a microwave, fridge with ice box, toaster, electric kettle and there is also a dishwasher to help you with that holiday washing up!! The large dining table has plenty of room to seat 8 comfortably. There is an extra freezer for your ice lollies and an extra sink for rinsing out those beach clothes in the adjoining garage.

On the first floor there a spacious landing leads to four bedrooms - the first of these - the master bedroom has a large king-sized bed and ample wardrobe space as well as an en-suite shower and sink. The second has a double bed, the third houses two single beds and the fourth has two sets of bunk beds which are suitable for adults or children.

The main bathroom is also on this floor with a bath/shower attachment, washbasin and a bidet. There is also a separate w.c.

On the second floor there is another 'attic' room that can be used as a childrens playroom.

No Smoking or Pets allowed.
A baby's cot and high chair can be provided if needed
